Who We Partner With

Governments & Ministries of Health

OperoTech engages ministries of health and national surgical, anaesthesia, and obstetric planning bodies, particularly those with active NSOAP development processes, WHO WHA76.2 reporting obligations, or national digital health strategies that include ECO care.

Areas: situational analysis, NSOAP support, ECO data infrastructure, governance dashboards, policy alignment tools.

Bilateral & Multilateral Organisations

OperoTech engages bilateral development agencies, UN system organisations, and multilateral health bodies whose programmes include ECO care capacity building, digital health infrastructure, or maternal and women's health systems strengthening.

Areas: funded pilots, co-development, technical advisory, impact measurement, policy alignment.

NGOs & Global Health Foundations

OperoTech works with NGOs, health foundations, and philanthropic organisations whose focus areas intersect with surgical equity, maternal health, digital health infrastructure, or ECO system strengthening in low-resource settings.

Areas: co-funded pilots, grant collaboration, shared advocacy, implementation partnerships.

Academic & Research Institutions

OperoTech partners with academic medical centres, surgical departments, and global surgery research groups on co-design, clinical validation, and contextualisation of AI tools in real clinical environments.

Regional Engagement

The following regions represent OperoTech's priority areas for partnership and engagement, based on alignment with existing ECO care policy frameworks and areas of strategic focus.

SADC Region: Priority Engagement

The Southern African Development Community (16 member states) represents OperoTech's primary regional focus for early engagement. The SADC EES-AOG Regional Strategy identifies clear gaps in surgical systems data, ECO workforce capacity, and integrated care coordination that OperoTech's portfolio is specifically designed to address.

OperoTech is engaged in dialogue with key SADC stakeholders, national health authorities, regional surgical societies, and development partners working within this framework.

ECOWAS Region, West Africa

West Africa's ECOWAS bloc presents significant opportunity for ECO system strengthening, with active regional surgical society presence (WACS), national NSOAP processes in several member states, and growing digital health infrastructure investment.

We are positioning OperoTech as a digital partner for WACS and national health authorities in the region and are open to introductory conversations with governments, NGOs, and bilateral partners operating across West Africa.

EAC Region, East Africa

The East African Community encompasses health systems with active surgical training infrastructure through COSECSA, a growing digital health ecosystem, and significant maternal health system strengthening initiatives. OperoTech sees strong alignment for ECO care digital tools in this region.

We are open to introductory engagement with COSECSA, national ministries, and development partners working within EAC health system strengthening programmes.

An initial conversation typically covers: your current ECO care system priorities, where the gaps are, what existing infrastructure and programmes are in place, and where OperoTech's portfolio might fit as a clinical AI pilot, a health systems advisory engagement, a data platform exploration, or something else entirely.
