Why We Exist

Policy Ambition Exists. Operational Infrastructure Does Not.

In May 2023, the World Health Assembly adopted Resolution WHA76.2, formally recognising emergency, surgical, and critical care as foundational components of resilient health systems and universal health coverage. The global policy mandate is clear.

What is missing is the digital infrastructure to operationalise it. Fragmented data systems, siloed analytics, and disconnected clinical tools leave countries unable to plan, measure, or improve ECO systems at scale. The implementation gap is where OperoTech operates.
